Emma (she/her) provides a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore their thoughts & feelings.

Using a pluralistic approach to therapy that includes Acceptance & Commitment, Mindfulness, Person Centred, Solution Focused, Attachment theory and Transactional Analysis, clients can be sure to grow a trusting therapeutic partnership to better facilitate well being.

Emma is a member of the

New Zealand College of Midwives and a

provisional member of

New Zealand Association of Counsellors.

Emma is a provisional member of the NZ Association of Counsellors and a registered midwife, she has worked for 10 yrs in the community of Dunedin before choosing to focus on therapeutic work.

Though she has a special interest in perinatal mental health, birth trauma, post natal depression, and their impact

- she also welcomes people from all walks of life who find themselves looking for a place to be.

You can't go back and change the beginning,

Fees

Individual face-to-face sessions last for 50 mins.

Sessions are priced at $100.

Payment in advance via internet banking or on the day of appointment.

If needing to cancel please let me know by call/text/email with 24hrs notice. $40 fee for late cancellations.
